WEEK-BY-WEEK SCHEDULE

Week 1 · July 13–19

Movement w/Yoga — what to expect

A dynamic, structured, music-supported session blending:

• mobility

• coordination

• strength

• breath + rhythm

• structured movement exploration

It removes the pressure of asana and gives you the space to reconnect with natural coordination and a wider movement vocabulary.

Accessible to anyone who can comfortably and quickly get down to and up from the mat, bear light pressure on the wrists, and kneel with weight on the knees.

Great for yogis, athletes, people returning to movement after a break, and movers seeking structured exploration without performance pressure. Every sequence can be adapted in rhythm, range of movement, and intensity to meet your current condition. Come to break a sweat or take it slow.
