● EN ●
bodyART® is a guided movement practice that supports a wide range of physical experiences and individual needs.
Each session is designed to give participants the freedom to choose their own pace, adjust the intensity, and explore the range of motion that feels useful, available, or simply engaging in that moment.
Exploration is central to the practice, but it’s never directionless: each movement is supported by clear, concrete cues that provide structure without being restrictive. Participants are accompanied through a process that remains coherent and easy to follow.
Sessions can meet many different needs, whether temporary (such as fatigue, recovery periods, or a desire for greater activation) or related to long-term conditions.
They also offer an opportunity to move in a dynamic, varied, and physically engaging way, while staying responsive to what each person chooses to explore.
Not surprisingly, bodyART® is appreciated by those with an established movement background and integrates easily with other physical disciplines. It provides a non-competitive space where you can train with purpose or explore a broader movement vocabulary.
Thanks to its inclusive and adaptable nature, bodyART® works well with groups that vary in experience, goals, and relationship to movement.
Even those who are new to group movement practices often find it accessible, welcoming, and low-pressure.
Sara facilitates bodyART® sessions after training with Ryan Beck at the bodyART Training Studios in New York.
She has found in this method a highly flexible framework for offering sustainable movement practices that can adapt to a wide variety of bodies and experiences.
bodyART® allows her to work with diverse groups, offering each participant the chance to explore movement in ways that are approachable, sustainable, well-calibrated, and genuinely engaging.

Private Classes in English, French, and Italian
It's a one hour online dynamic yoga class. It requires a non-slip (both sides) mat. It demands a certain physicality that is going to require you to go up and down to the ground.
The practice is organized as follows:
This class is based on the central components of vinyasa yoga, where students engage in a series of physical forms and movements. Here, I use the buzzword "intuitive" to point out that the elements of vinyasa yoga are modified to maximize the experiences of self-agency, and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one's body. The scope of practice is practicing choice-making within a dynamic practice. The emphasis is not on the physical performance, nor in receiving the approval of an external authority. Rather, this class presents opportunities for participants to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body.

It's a one hour online class of dynamic yoga for beginners. It's based on the ashtanga yoga primary series, offered with a step-by-step approach. It might be sweaty and it requires a non-slip (both sides) mat. This class demands a certain physicality that is going to require you to go up and down to the ground.
INTUITIVE ASHTANGA YOGA
It's based on the central components of ashtanga yoga, where students engage in a predictable series of physical forms and movements.
Here, I use the buzzword "intuitive" to point out that the elements of ashtanga yoga are modified to maximize the experiences of self-agency, and to cultivate a more positive relationship to one's body. The scope of practice is building a dynamic self-practice, the ability to choose what to change, and the competence to evaluate options. The emphasis is not on the physical performance, nor in receiving the approval of an external authority. Rather, this class presents opportunities for participants to be in charge of themselves based on a felt sense of their own body.
About Sara
As an ashtanga yoga teacher, I was born and raised in a trauma-informed environment, at Ashtanga Yoga Paris (RYS). I have taught full time since 2012 and my educational choices follow the yogic principles of non-harming and non-attachment to results. My approach is gradual.
I completed the TCTSY facilitator training in 2022, gaining more clarity on how I can engage to create safety for the participants and to create opportunities for self agency.
I acknowledge the inheritance of institutional abuses in the lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. I acknowledge that yoga industry is an unregulated profit-driven industry, prone to power abuses. Therefore I am committed to consider the power dynamics, the vulnerabilities, and the social oppressions at play; to share power; to be transparent about my training and my scope of practice. And to be explicit about my moral code.

Yoga world might be confusing.
Largely represented by images, but with captions saying that you will get more that what you can see. Claiming ancient wisdom, offering low-paid gigs, wearing fancy tight pants. Promising that you are free to govern yourself and reach success and wellness, but marketing for goods you should purchase. Offering handstands classes while telling you that it's not gymnastics.
The commodification of yoga has created multiple pitfalls for teachers. This 2 hours webinar is for them, to look with more clarity at the cognitive dissonances that the yoga industry generates
Developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts, TCTSY is an evidence-based adjunctive treatment for complex, developmental trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD. TCTSY presents opportunities for participants to be in charge of themselves and to inform choice-making based on a felt sense of their own body.
The TCTSY methodology is based on central components of the hatha style of yoga, where participants engage in a series of physical forms and movements.
By focusing on the felt sense of the body to inform choice-making, TCTSY allows participants to restore their connection of mind and body and cultivate a sense of agency that is often compromised as a result of trauma.
You can find more information, including the facilitator training and the research behind TCTSY, here: https://www.traumasensitiveyoga.com/about
TCTSY is a complementary treatment that does not include trauma processing. I offer this (online or in-person) practice in partnership with licensed therapists as series of one-to-one or group classes. I can work privately or for institutions and organizations that treat (or want to treat) trauma.
This half-day training provides a brief overview of key TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) principles and practices. For agencies, groups, communities, and YTT.

The teachers’ intention to avoid doing harm does not always prevent injuries, abuses and discrimination in yoga classrooms. And while the commodification of yoga challenges the definition of competence, the “good vibes only culture” might inhibit any questioning.
In this one day seminar, yoga teachers will consider information integrity, the impact of their educational choices, and how to make yoga spaces safer through a trauma-informed perspective.
